PLEASE NOTE: Training will be remote from March 20, 2023, to April 21, 2023. On April 24,2023 training will move to our 5353 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ office and you will be required to attend in person until June 23, 2023. Once on-site training is complete, you can decide if you would like to work in the Glendale office, hybrid or fully remote.

We are hiring in the following locations!

• Arizona

Your work

• As an upbeat self-starter collaborating with other agents, you will have an outstanding opportunity to build positive relationships while helping us achieve our goal by providing timely resolution through dedicated service every single day!
• Provide dedicated support to our policyholders which includes, expounding on coverages, providing detailed policy reviews, providing insurance quotes for an existing insurance policy and processing underwriting transaction within standard authority levels
• Work directly with policyholders via phone, web and chat to ensure that each experience with us is simple, positive and personal.

Training

• Paid training starts on March 20,2023 and will last through June 23, 2023.
• Training including instructor-led virtual classroom and on-the-job training will be conducted as follows:
  • March 20,2023 to April 21,2023 training will be conducted remotely from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Arizona time
  • April 24, 023 to April 28,2023 training will be held in person at 5353 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Arizona time
  • May 1,2023 to June 23,2023 training will be held in person at 5353 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ from 11:30 am – 8:00 pm Arizona time

Work schedule

• Our operational hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a need for flexibility to be scheduled a shift between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. local time, however, you should be available to work 40 hours a week within operational hours. Your schedule will remain consistent. You will be scheduled at least 1 weekend day per week. Consecutive days off are not guaranteed.

Compensation

• Shift differential and bilingual differential are applied for those who qualify.

What would make us excited about you?

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features in the insurance industry
• Preferred: Bachelor Degree, Property & Casualty industry experience.
• You can navigate through Windows-based and web browser applications and use the computer keyboard efficiently and accurately to input all important data.
• 1 year or more of outstanding customer service experience.
• 1 year or more in a Chat support role communicating with customers via Chat preferred.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all information recorded.
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License within 6 months of hire. We will provide you with the study materials and cover the cost of the licensing exam.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus!
• Shows respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds.

The national average salary range for this position is $21.63/hour. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $19.52-$25.92. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
